A native of Peoria, Arizona, Charles began his writing journey in an unexpected way. It happened during the global stillness of the COVID-19 lockdowns. With time to reflect and a long-standing love for comic books, he poured his creative energy into building what would soon become the Bananaverse. It grew into a bold, character driven universe filled with original superheroes, unforgettable villains, and complex moral questions.

Inspired by the golden age of comics, the intricacies of modern storytelling, and the raw honesty of coming of age experiences, Charles crafts novellas that resonate with both teens and adults. His stories do not just focus on superpowers. They explore emotional resilience, loyalty, identity, and the challenges of being in a world that does not always make sense.
